About
Straight talk and a clear plan
I’ve helped hundreds of people turn what they care about into what they do.
I’m Eric Sirvinskas. I co-founded Plant Futures and grew it into 115+ social entrepreneurship groups centered on sustainability and food systems, helping members turn ideas into projects, ventures, and careers. Before that I worked on four regenerative farms, in corporate food waste and supply chain, and taught food and sustainability courses. I live nomadically, so building work around my values is how I actually operate. Now I bring what I learned to individuals and teams ready to do the same.
I work best with people who already have the conviction and just need the clarity, the strategy, and someone honest in their corner.
